Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Dispatch & Processing Timelines

All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our central retail logistics warehouse in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Estimated Transit Times

• Metro Cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days.
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
• Northeast & Remote Island Regions: 5 to 7 business days.

3. Delivery Charges & Thresholds

- Free Delivery: All prepaid or COD orders with a net subtotal of ₹999 or higher qualify for free standard delivery across India.
- Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below ₹999 incur a flat delivery charge of ₹99.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: An additional nominal handling fee of ₹50 applies to all COD orders to cover field collection costs.

4. Real-time Tracking & Courier Verification

As soon as your shipment is picked up by our courier partners (Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees), a real-time tracking number and courier tracking link are sent to your registered email address and phone number. You can also track your order status live from your Account Dashboard.

5. Tampered or Damaged Packaging

If you notice that the shipping outer parcel is severely damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and notify the delivery associate immediately.
